2. Experimental Service

IMPORTANT: GetReceipts is an experimental platform under active development. By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
• Data persistence is not guaranteed
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• You should maintain backups of important data

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payment

GetReceipts offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 7 receipts and 3 AI assists per month
• GetReceipts+ ($7/month): Unlimited receipts and AI assists
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetReceipts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and store on the Service (your "User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information from the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
